Okay, so I just stumbled upon the second image, a tattoo by Kyle Morrison of Chicago, and immediately remembered the first image, a tattoo by Steve Byrne of Texas which has been bouncing around online for many years. A little too similar, especially the banners, clouds, and color choices. I think the borrowing is a bit too heavy and apparent…what do you all think?
